# Waste Services

**FAQ / Service guidance**

Service fit, accepted streams, special projects, and multi-stream coordination.

## Questions, answered

### Which waste streams are eligible for service?

Greenflow evaluates hazardous, chemical, industrial, laboratory, and product-destruction materials. Eligibility is confirmed from the material description, physical state, hazards, volume, packaging, location, and receiving-facility requirements.

### Can one program cover several waste streams?

Yes, when the streams and locations fit the available service network. Greenflow can coordinate containers, schedules, documents, and reporting while keeping each stream properly classified and separated.

### Do you handle one-time cleanouts or special projects?

One-time projects can be reviewed for supported Canadian service areas. Provide an inventory, photos, access conditions, timing, and any existing profiles so the project can be scoped safely.

### Can you support multiple locations?

Multi-site programs can use a shared service plan with site-specific streams, contacts, schedules, and documentation. Coverage and operating details are confirmed for each address.

### What happens if my waste is not accepted?

Greenflow explains the missing information or service limitation and, when possible, identifies the next classification or packaging step. A quote is not authorization to ship an unconfirmed material.
